Short term leasing at The Commons is an excellent way to showcase your product or service. We give small or first time retailers an opportunity to soar by providing a prime location within the shopping center without a long-term commitment or large investment. If you are looking for a fantastic business opportunity, we would love to talk to you! Our Short Term Leasing program offers the unique opportunity to lease an RMU, kiosk or in-line space.
RMU PROGRAM
- RMU's are an excellent way to receive maximum exposure for retail, services, or advertising.
- Base rent varies depending on location, length of lease and time of year.
- If you are interested in a holiday location, make your reservation early as space is available on a first come first serve basis. Many of our merchants secure their space as early as June or July!
KIOSK PROGRAM
- There are also a limited number of kiosk locations available.
- Merchants requiring a kiosk must provide their own kiosk. The kiosk must adhere to the mall's kiosk design criteria.
TEMPORARY INLINE SPACE
In addition to our RMU and kiosk opportunities, The Commons also has prime in-line space available on a short term basis. Renting in-line space on a short term basis is an excellent way to test a product or service before making a long term commitment. Our Short Term Leasing Program is the ideal place to start or expand your business. In fact, many successful retailers began their business by leasing space on a short-term basis. These spaces range from 600 square feet to 6,000 square feet, and are subject to availability.
