Club Fit, a holistic health membership club, offers more than just 'walking the mall'. Encouraging a healthy body and mind, Club Fit is an all-inclusive club to include mothers with strollers, teens, youth or anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle.
Partnered with St. Francis Hospital, Club Fit offers gifts for miles walked and quarterly breakfast sessions and/or classes to help create a healthier lifestyle. Members can track their miles online, they can receive free blood pressure checks in The Commons Community Corner, once a week. Members are also encouraged to walk 'wherever' and track those miles as well.
